The service on my BT Business Hub is pending, what does this mean?
The BT Business Hub web interface always displays one of three service statuses:
- enabled
- disabled
- pending
Disable
If you choose to disable the service, this happens immediately. However, the hub's web interface temporarily shows the status as pending. The hub remains in this state for up to 30 minutes while the back-end data systems are updated.
Enabling
When enabling the service, the back-end systems send data instantly and the response should be within minutes. However, it can take longer if the systems are busy. The status of pending is displayed, indicating that there is back-end activity occurring and once the changes are complete, this then changes to enabled.
Pending
In the unlikely event that that the status set to pending for more than 30 minutes, please contact us.
Your BT Business Hub continues to work as normal even if the BT Openzone service is in a status of pending.
