How to personalise the default 'sent from' email address
There are two options available, please click on the one you require:
To change the default 'sent from' information for your primary email address:
- Log in to Your account.
- Click on the Manage services link at the top of the page.
The Manage services page is displayed:
- In the Email section, click on the Manage mailboxes link:
The Email page is displayed:
- Click on the email address you want to manage:
- Click on the Manage 'from' email address link. The following is displayed:
- From the 'From' email address drop-down list, select the email address you want to use.
- Click on the Continue button. Your default 'sent from' email address has now been changed.
To change the default 'sent from' information for a secondary email address:
- Log in to Your account.
- Click on the Manage services link at the top of the page.
The Manage services page is displayed:
- In the Email section, click on the Manage mailboxes link:
The following page is displayed:
- Under the Manage email section, click on the Manage 'from' email address link.
The Manage 'from' email address section is displayed:
- From the 'From' email address drop-down list, select the email address you want to use.
- Click on the Continue button. Your default 'sent from' email address has now been changed.
