How to personalise the default 'sent from' email address

There are two options available, please click on the one you require:

To change the default 'sent from' information for your primary email address:

  1. Log in to Your account.
  2. Click on the Manage services link at the top of the page.

    The Manage services page is displayed:

  3. In the Email section, click on the Manage mailboxes link:

    The Email page is displayed:

  4. Click on the email address you want to manage:

  5. Click on the Manage 'from' email address link. The following is displayed:

  6. From the 'From' email address drop-down list, select the email address you want to use.
  7. Click on the Continue button. Your default 'sent from' email address has now been changed.

To change the default 'sent from' information for a secondary email address:

  1. Log in to Your account.
  2. Click on the Manage services link at the top of the page.

    The Manage services page is displayed:

  4. Under the Manage email section, click on the Manage 'from' email address link.

    The Manage 'from' email address section is displayed:

  5. From the 'From' email address drop-down list, select the email address you want to use.
  6. Click on the Continue button. Your default 'sent from' email address has now been changed.
