Who do I contact if I have a question about my order?
If you have an enquiry relating to your business order, contact your account manager, if you have one, or contact us.
Want to view your order online? Follow the steps below:
- Go to Track your orders
- Enter the order reference you received when you placed your order and your postcode.
- Click on the Go button.
- The Order summary page will be displayed, showing you:
- The date you placed your order.
- Your order details.
- The current status of your order.
- The estimated service start date.
- Your engineers appointment (if applicable).
- If your equipment has been dispatched & the delivery date.
