What BT services can I include in BT Business One Plan?

The plan must include at least one landline and either a BT Mobile or BT Business Broadband or BT Business Total Broadband Fibre, or you can add all four to the plan. You can also include BT Business Broadband Voice, switch maintenance rental spend and BT Meet Me Conferencing account.

Further details of the services included are provided below:

Note 1: Business PSTN and ISDN lines (including ISDN2e, ISDN2 and ISDN30) provided under a contract to which standard charges apply. Lines provided under contracts where charges other than standard charges apply are not qualifying services.

Note 2: ISDN cannot be provided over the same access as Broadband.

Note 3: Mobile Qualifying Services:

i. Where the customer is including more than one Mobile Qualifying Service in BT Business One Plan, all of the Mobile Qualifying Services must be within the same eligibility category as detailed in Eligible & Contributory Spend, paragraph 2 (b) in the BT price list link. For example, a customer cannot include a Mobile Qualifying Service where the spend is Eligible & Contributory Spend and a Mobile Qualifying Service where the spend is Non-Eligible & Contributory Spend.

If you have any of the value added services listed below, these will also be included as part of your BT Business One Plan contract:

• BT Internet Security Pack.
• BT Internet Business Pack.
• BT Business Email Plus (BT Business Email Plus Organise, BT Business Email Plus Organise & Share, BT Business Email Plus Additional Storage).
• BT IT Support Manager (BT IT Manager PC, BT IT Support Manager Server, BT IT Support Network Manager).
• BT Static IP (BT Single Static IP, BT 5 Static IP, BT 13 Static IP).
• Business Broadband Voice including Business Broadband Voice Plus and Business Broadband Voice Lite - rental and call spend.

Note 4: Fibre access may not yet be available in your area. We aim to cover 40% of the UK by 2012. Our order systems will identify whether your area has access.
