I am an existing customer. How do I order IT Support Manager?
If you are an existing BT Connect customer, you can order IT Support Manager by phone or online.
Note:
If you are an existing BT Connect customer and follow the below steps, your order is added to your existing bill. If you wish to have a separate bill for IT Support Manager, select New Customers in step 2 and follow the onscreen instructions.
To order IT Support Manager online:
- Visit IT Support Manager and click on the Buy now button. The Online business tools: Welcome page is displayed.
- In the Existing BT connect account customers section, click on the Log-in to your account link. The Online Business Tools Ordering System page is displayed.
- Select the An existing BT Connect customer radio button. The page expands to display an Existing customers: section.
- Enter your BT Connect email address and password in the appropriate boxes. A Welcome page is displayed.
- Select the I want to buy a new Online business tool (without Broadband or Broadband Advanced) radio button. The page expands to display three new sections.
- Click on the Support and security arrow. The section expands to display three support and security products.
- Select the checkbox for the required support and security product, and indicate how many licences you require in the adjacent text box.
- Click on the Next button. A confirmation page is displayed at which point you can confirm your order.
