How do I use Remote Call Diversion on System X?

Remote Diversion enables you to remotely divert all your incoming calls to another phone.

To divert your calls using Remote Call Diversion:

  1. Wait for the dial tone.
  2. Dial the access phone number.
  3. Wait for another dial tone.
  4. Dial *[diversion code]*[PIN]*.
  5. Dial your full Featureline phone number followed by *.
  6. Dial either an extension number followed by # or dial 9 then a phone number followed by #. An announcement confirms that a diversion has been set.

To check if a divert has been set up:

  1. Wait for the dial tone.
  2. Dial the access phone number.
  3. Wait for another dial tone.
  4. Dial *#[diversion code]*[PIN]*.
  5. Dial your full Featureline phone number followed by #. An announcement confirms that a diversion has been set

To cancel Remote Call Diversion:

  1. Wait for the dial tone.
  2. Dial the access phone number.
  3. Wait for another dial tone.
  4. Dial #[diversion code]*PIN*.
  5. Dial your full Featureline phone number followed by #. An announcement confirms that the divert has been cancelled.
