Remote Diversion enables you to remotely divert all your incoming calls to another phone.

To divert your calls using Remote Call Diversion:

  1. Wait for the dial tone.
  2. Dial the access phone number.
  3. Wait for another dial tone.
  4. Dial your full Featureline phone number followed by *[PIN]#*[diversion code]*.
  5. Dial either an extension number followed by # or dial 9 then a phone number followed by #. An announcement confirms that a diversion has been set.


To check if a divert has been set up:

  1. Wait for the dial tone.
  2. Dial the access phone number.
  3. Wait for another dial tone.
  4. Dial your full Featureline phone number followed by *[PIN]#*.
  5. Dial *#[diversion code]*#. An announcement confirms that a diversion has been set


To cancel Remote Call Diversion:

  1. Wait for the dial tone.
  2. Dial the access phone number.
  3. Wait for another dial tone.
  4. Dial your full Featureline phone number followed by *[PIN]#*.
  5. Dial #[diversion code]*#. An announcement confirms that the divert has been cancelled.

121 - Divert all calls
167 - Divert on Busy
161 - Divert on No Reply
166 - Divert on Busy & No Reply
