What should I do if I experience problems with the MegaStream 2 service?

If you think there may be a problem with your MegaStream 1 circuit or with your NTE, please consult the table below.

If a fault turns out to be in your terminal equipment or on-site wiring, rather than in your MegaStream 1 circuit, BT reserves the right to charge for time spent on a visit to your premises. It’s in your interest to carry out the following checks first as you may be able to solve the problem yourself.

If a circuit report has not been reported, ensure that no testing has been arranged.

This indicates a likely multiple tributary fault.

Check the BT light, then report this fault to your Service Management Centre.

Check that the cables to the unit are connected and are not faulty.

If a circuit report has not been reported, ensure that no testing has been arranged.

If the problem persists, please report this fault to your Service Management Centre.

The light is off (not a steady green).

There has been a loss of power.

Check your local power connections.

The light is flashing green.

Check your local power connections.
