What are short codes?

Depending on your organisation, you may be given a short code from your account administrator, which you can use to make and receive calls, as well as your full mobile number. You'll find your colleagues will be set up in the same way too. If you have a short code, you'll find that Mobile Business Circle works in a similar way to your fixed desk extension.

If you dial a prefix before you call out from your normal fixed line, you may need to add this before your short code (for example, dialling 9 to reach an outside line).
