Why doesn't Live Chat work for me? 

If you are experiencing difficulties with getting Live Chat to work, it may be because you don’t have cookies enabled in your browser.

To enable cookies in Internet Explorer 7:

  1. Open Internet Explorer.
  2. From the Tools menu, select Internet Options to display the Internet Options dialog.
  3. Click on the Privacy tab.
  4. Click on the Advanced button to display the Advanced Privacy Settings dialog.
  5. Tick the Override automatic cookie handling box.
  6. Tick the Always allow session cookies box.
  7. Click on the OK button to close the Advanced Privacy Settings dialog.
  8. Click on the OK button to close the Internet Options dialog.
  9. Restart Internet Explorer.

To enable cookies in Internet Explorer 6:

  1. Open Internet Explorer.
  2. From the Tools menu, select Internet Options to display the Internet Options dialog.
  3. Click on the Privacy tab.
  4. Move the slider so that it is on one of the levels below Medium High (including Medium, Low, Accept All Cookies).
  5. Click on the OK button to close the Internet Options dialog.
  6. Restart Internet Explorer.

To enable cookies in Internet Explorer 5:

  1. Open Internet Explorer.
  2. From the Tools menu, select Internet Options to display the Internet Options dialog.
  3. Click on the Security tab.
  4. Click on the Custom Level button to display the Security Settings dialog.
  5. Scroll down to Cookies and set both Allow cookies that are stored on your computer and Allow per-session cookies to Enable.
  6. Click on the OK button to close the Security Settings dialog.
  7. Click on the OK button to close the Internet Options dialog.
