The new BT Business Faults page allows you to manage any problems you may be having with your products and services by providing line tests and troubleshooting information.


Landline

You can run a series of line tests to help identify a problem with your line. If there is a problem on your line, a fault is automatically raised and you’re given a fault reference number.

If you click on the Track progress button, you can see the latest update on your fault.

If you have a fault on your line, you can also:

  • Set up call diversion to another landline or mobile number.
  • Advise how you want to BT to update you on your fault progress.
  • Create an Out of Service message.
  • Reschedule an engineer appointment (if applicable).
  • Add notes to your fault.

BT Broadband

Many BT Broadband problems can be easily fixed with the right information. You can view a series of troubleshooting tips, links to guides and access to BT Forums to assist you.


ISDN

Many ISDN problems can be easily fixed with the right information. You can view a series of troubleshooting tips, links to guides and access to BT Forums to assist you.


BT Business Mobile

Many Mobile problems can be easily fixed with the right information. You can view a series of troubleshooting tips, links to guides and access to BT Forums to assist you.
