Join our Triallist Forum online
Join the BT Fibre to the Home Broadband trial Forum. Interact with other trialists and get help from the BT Fibre team. Here's what to do:
1. You'll need to register for the new BT community forums at: http://community.bt.com (use the register link towards the top right of the screen)
2. Choose a username you like and Email it to us at: bt.fibre.to.the.home.trial@bt.com
3. We'll then add you to the approved users for the private forum (it will usually take 24 hours and we'll get the requests Monday to Friday business hours)
4. Once we've given you access, you'll see the Fibre Trial board on the list of boards available to you when you log on to the main BT Community Forums page at http://community.bt.com.
