How do I make changes to my delivery details?

You can add a new delivery address, edit any existing delivery addresses or delete any addresses no longer used via the Your profile page.

To add a new delivery address:

  1. Log in to My BT Business account.
  2. Click on the Your profile link at the top of the page. The Your profile page is displayed:

  3. Click on the Edit details button in the Delivery section. The Your profile: Delivery page is displayed:

  4. Click on the add an address button. The following is displayed:

  5. In the Descriptive name field, enter a name to identify the address.
  6. In the Recipient’s name field, enter the name of the person who accepts deliveries, if required.
  7. In the Flat number field, enter the number of the flat, if required.
  8. In the Bldg number/name field, enter the name or the number of the building.
  9. In the Road/street field, enter the name of the road or street.
  10. In the Town field, enter the name of the town or city.
  11. In the County field, enter the name of the county.
  12. In the Postcode field, enter the postcode.
  13. Click on the save changes button. Your changes are saved and the Your profile: Delivery page is re-displayed.

To edit an existing delivery address:

  1. Log in to My BT Business account.
  2. Click on the Your profile link at the top of the page. The Your profile page is displayed:

  3. Click on the Edit details button in the Delivery section. The Your profile: Delivery page is displayed:

  4. Click on the edit address button next to the address that you want to update. The following is displayed:

  5. In the Descriptive name field, enter a name to identify the address.
  6. In the Recipient’s name field, enter the name of the person who accepts deliveries, if required.
  7. In the Flat number field, enter the number of the flat, if required.
  8. In the Bldg number/name field, enter the name or the number of the building.
  9. In the Road/street field, enter the name of the road or street.
  10. In the Town field, enter the name of the town or city.
  11. In the County field, enter the name of the county.
  12. In the Postcode field, enter the postcode.
  13. Click on the save changes button. Your changes are saved and the Your profile: Delivery page is re-displayed.

To delete a delivery address:

  1. Log in to My BT Business account.
  2. Click on the Your profile link at the top of the page. The Your profile page is displayed:

  3. Click on the Edit details button in the Delivery section. The Your profile: Delivery page is displayed:

  4. Click on the remove address link next to the delivery address that you want to delete. The following is displayed:

  5. Click on the remove button. The following message is displayed:
