How do I view my recent calls?

Your recent calls (those calls that have been made on your account since we produced your last bill) are easy to find. First, though, you'll need to sign in to Your account, then:

  • Click Billing & payments
  • Click Recent calls on the menu on the left of the screen

You should now see a graphical representation of your call charges to date for each account that you manage. To see the itemised details of these calls:

  • Click View usage details
  • Click the All calls tab

You can then use the various filters to help you analyse the calls.

What is included in recent calls?

By 'recent' calls, we mean calls that were made on your account up until around 10PM last night. We show you the itemised details and the call charges only. We do not include VAT, service charges, Key Number discounts, or Business Choices.

If you have more than one landline linked to the same BT Business account number, we can only show you recent calls as a combined total.
