What are the differences between Monthly Payment Plan, Monthly Direct Debit, and Quarterly Direct Debit?
These are all different ways of using the Direct Debit system
- Monthly Direct Debit: You have a monthly bill, which your bank or building society pays in full on the same day of each month.
- Quarterly Whole Bill Direct Debit: Same as for monthly payments except it's every quarter, not every month.
- Monthly Payment Plan: You pay a set amount on the same day each month. You receive a quarterly statement showing your calls, charges, and monthly payments. We calculate your monthly payment by taking an average of your bills over the past 12 months (or as long as you've been with us, if you're a new customer).
