How do I change my billing address online?

You'll need a BT Business online account first.

If you haven't got one, register for an online account now.

If you have an online account -

  • sign in
  • view your bill
  • click Change address

Why is the 'Change address' link greyed out?

Some account statuses disable this feature.

How can I see changes made to my billing address?

You'll need a BT Business online account first.

  • click Change address
  • click View recent changes

Why can't I see recent changes to my billing address?

We're sorry but we've got a system problem where some customers can't see any changes that they've made to their billing address. Please be patient while we fix it.

Why can't I change my department?

This feature will be available from March 2016 for certain customers.

When I click 'Change address', why is my current billing address different to the address on my last bill?

It could be that you or one of our advisors (at your request) have changed your address since you received your last bill.

  • click on View recent changes to see all the changes made to your address over the past six months.

Why can't I make a future-dated change?
