How do I set up a Direct Debit?

Setting up a monthly or quarterly Direct Debit is simple. You'll need your bank account details: account holder name, bank account number, and sort code.

First, you need to sign in to Your account. If you haven't yet registered for Your account, go to the Your account page. You'll need your BT account number.

Once you've signed in:

    1. Select Billing & Payments

    2. From the left-hand menu, select Set up Direct Debit

    3. Select Set up regular payment against the account you want to set up

    4. Choose one of the 3 options and click Next

    5. Enter your details in the appropriate fields

    6. Click Next to see the confirmation page

Your Direct Debit will start when your next bill is produced.
