I'm a BT Business customer. How can I make a complaint?
We want to give you great products and services, but we know sometimes things can go wrong.
If you're not happy with the service or product you've received, then our helpdesks are the best way to get your problem fixed quickly, just contact us.
We'll aim to sort out your problem when you first get in touch, but if more investigation is needed, we'll pass you to the right team to deal with your query.
If you've already contacted us and feel we haven't fixed your issue, try using our helpdesk follow-up enquiry form.
We can only help you with problems relating to BT Business. If your issue is with another part of BT, please go to Residential complaints or BT Openreach complaints.
