What is the BT Falcon Mk2 IP phone?
The BT Falcon Mk2 IP phone launched as a development of the Falcon IP phone for business customers on November 15 2010. It is intended to enhance an existing BT Broadband Voice or BT Hosted VoIP service by providing additional calling features.
The benefits of the BT Falcon Mk2 IP phone include:
- A six line LCD display.
- An integrated 2 port 10/100 Ethernet switch.
- Phone Services: Call Forward, Transfer and Hold; Redial; Group listening and Conference call; Speed dial and Phone book; Call log and Caller display
- A headset port (please refer to the compatible headset section).
- Hands-free functionality.
- Multiple power options (over Ethernet 802.3af and an external power supply adaptor).
When you order the BT Falcon IP phone - please be sure to select the phone number that the Falcon Mk2 IP phone is to be configured with.
