How do I set up Advanced Attendant?

To set up Advanced Attendant, follow these steps:

  1. Log into the VoIP Portal
  2. Select the Manage my services section.
  3. Select Advanced Attendant.
  4. Follow the complete instructions in the BT Hosted VoIP (Enhanced) user guide (5MB)

You'll need Adobe Reader to view PDF documents.
