How do I set the answer machine to answer all my lines?
Setting the lines to be answered by the Answering machine, is simple:
Using a Featurephone:
- From the Programming Extension, enter system programming
- Select Lines
- Press the Scroll Down and select Answering Machine
- Select the lines to be answered by the answer machine
- Once selected, a solid diamond will appear by the lines
- Press the Hands-free key to finish
You can also use the Management Application:
- Go to the Welcome screen
- Select Basic PABX settings
- Select Line settings
- Programme the lines as required
- Select Apply to save the changes
- Close the browser to exit programming
- Print this answer
