Voicemail will not work on my BT Versatility. What should I do?

Voicemail is not standard on all systems.

If it is not on your system, it can be purchased as an optional extra by contacting Business Sales or your BT Account manager.

To check if your system has voicemail:

  1. Select the Message key on a Featurephone
  2. Select Voice messaging
    If voicemail is not on your system, this will return an invalid message
    If voicemail is on your system, you will get a voice prompt to enter the mailbox number
  3. Press handsfree or replace the receiver to clear
