How do I set up/cancel call diverts?

To set/cancel divert of all calls follow these simple steps:

1. Set up dial: #9, destination number
2. Cancel from own phone dial: ##9
3. To cancel from Console dial ##9 extn no

To set/cancel divert on busy calls follow these simple steps:

1. Set up dial: #0#, destination number
2. Cancel from own phone dial: ##0#
3. To cancel from Console dial #0#*extn no

To set/cancel divert on no reply calls follow these simple steps:

1. Set up dial: #0*, destination number
2. Cancel from own phone dial: ##0*
3. To cancel from Console dial ##0* <extn no>

Note: If diverts are set by a system administrator using the MMi command RID, then these can only be removed by the same method.
