I can't see my OneBill account in my BT.com profile. What can I do?

Your Onebill account is currently stored in OneBill Online and not in your usual BT.com profile.

To make your life easier, we're working on bringing these together, but in the meantime, you will need to go to BT Onebill Online and sign up.

If you've already signed up to Onebill Online, your OneBill account will be there.
