The Internet light on my BT Business Hub is solid green, but I can't connect to the internet. What should I do?

Your Hub is connected to broadband, but there may be a problem with your computer or its connection to your Hub. Try:

  1. Restarting your Hub by unplugging the power cable and plugging it back in.
  2. Restart your computer.
  3. Wait for your Hub's Internet light to turn steady green and try connecting to the internet.
  4. If you're connected via wireless, check it's set up correctly. See how can I set up a wireless (Wi-Fi) connection?
  5. If you still can't connect, keep your computer switched on and contact us.
