How do I track my BT Business order online?

  1. If you haven't already done so, go to Track your BT Business orders
  2. Enter the order reference and your postcode
  3. Click on the Track order button


On the Order summary page you'll see:

  • The date you placed your order
  • Your order details
  • The 'due date' (when the service will start)
  • The current status of your order
  • Your engineer appointment (if applicable)
  • Whether your equipment has been dispatched & the delivery date


You'll see the expected completion date, reference and status of each your orders:

Changing your appointment

If you have an engineer appointment, you can change it by clicking on Change

Checking delivery of equipment

Use the track its delivery link, and you'll see where we're up to with delivering any equipment you've ordered: BT Business Order tracker image showing equipment delivery tracking
