Frequently asked questions about BT Business One Plan Traditional Inclusive
Are there limits on capped calls with BT Business One Plan Traditional Inclusive?
Yes, we have a Fair Usage Policy for calls where we have a 'Capped Call' price: for each calendar month, you can use an average of four hours of Capped Calls each day from any one of your BT lines to any other number.
You can use more than the daily average of Capped Calls; we'll charge the extra calls at our BT Business One Plan Traditional 'pence per minute' rates, which you can find in the BT Price List.
What does 'capped' mean with BT Business One Plan Traditional Inclusive?
It means that a call won't cost you more than a set amount, for up to an hour.
For calls within the UK, this applies to 01, 02 and 03 numbers only. It excludes calls to mobiles, (unless you are taking the landline-to-mobiles calls option), and to non-geographic numbers (0845, 0870, Internet and premium rate numbers), as well as fax and data transmissions.
What happens if I cancel before the end of the 2 year term?
If you cancel your plan, before the end of the contract term, you may not have reached your minimum committed spend. If this is the case, you're liable to pay a reconciliation fee. This is normally 20% of the difference between your actual spend to date and your committed spend, under the plan.
More information on the reconciliation fee can be found in the BT Price List
