Standard Care is our minimum response time service care level, for non-urgent fault repairs. You can upgrade at any time to an enhanced service care level, such as Prompt Care, Total Care or Critical Care* which may be more suitable for your needs. Simply contact your Account Manager, BT Local Business or our helpdesk.
