When will I move to the new version of online billing?

We're currently improving what you can do with online billing.

We've started to move our online billing customers from the current billing website to a new one, which has a fresh, new look together with loads of useful analysis tools. You'll probably get two or three more bills before we complete the move.

How do I know which version I'm on at the moment?

Please sign in to Online billing & payments.

  • If you see the screen below, then you're on the current billing website.

How do I get the new version of online billing?

  • Wait for us to move you across to the new version, which will be sometime in the next few months.
  • If you're already an online billing customer you can speed the process up by registering a new profile at Online billing & payments. You'll need to sign up using a different email address to the one you're currently signed up with, but we'll then be able to move your billing account to the new version of online billing.
  • If you're yet to sign up to online billing, go to Online billing & payments now and we'll put you straight onto the new version.
