We're currently improving what you can do with online billing.
We've started to move our online billing customers from the current billing website to a new one, which has a fresh, new look together with loads of useful analysis tools. You'll probably get two or three more bills before we complete the move.
How do I know which version I'm on at the moment?
Please sign in to Online billing & payments.
1. Current billing website
- If you see the screen below, then you're on the current billing website.
2. New billing website
- If you see the screen below, then you're on the new billing website.
How do I get the new version of online billing?
- Wait for us to move you across to the new version, which will be sometime in the next few months.
- If you're already an online billing customer you can speed the process up by registering a new profile at Online billing & payments. You'll need to sign up using a different email address to the one you're currently signed up with, but we'll then be able to move your billing account to the new version of online billing.
- If you're yet to sign up to online billing, go to Online billing & payments now and we'll put you straight onto the new version.
