How do I make a claim against the BTnet SLA?

You should report a BTnet outage within two days by calling our IP Service Centre on 0800 699 879.

We'll then provide you with a ticket number. Once we've verified the outage, claims must be made no later than 28th day of the next month by quoting the relevant Customer Reference Number in an email to directslg@bt.net.
