Why are we introducing a Payment Processing Fee for not paying by Direct Debit to BT Onebills?

BT has been applying a Payment Processing Fee* to some bills for many years if they've not been paid by Direct Debit. However, we've been looking closely at other bills we produce and the cost for processing non-Direct Debit. As this cost isn't coming down, we've decided to introduce the Payment Processing Fee to BT OneBills going forward.
