I have more than one bill and don't want to pay multiple Payment Processing Fees. What can I do to keep these fees to a minimum?

If you don't want to change the way you pay to Direct Debit and have more than one bill, you can consolidate them into a BT OneBill. This means the Payment Processing Fee* will only be applied to the BT OneBill, not each individual bill.

Call us on 0845 600 6156 and say, when prompted, "Billing" and we'll be happy to arrange consolidation of your bills.
