What's good about online billing and going paper-free?

With online billing everything’s to hand, in one safe place. It’s easy to find bills and compare one to another, without trawling through piles of paper. And if you need more detail, click and it’s there.

The built-in analysis reports let you see what you've spent, on what and when. And if you need to see more, you can create your own reports too. You can even set up email alerts to tell you when something out of the ordinary happens, like higher call costs, calls out of hours or premium numbers being called.

Switching to paper-free billing not only means you’ll avoid the Paper Bill Fee*, you’ll also save on storage space and help reduce wasted. And don’t worry, we’ll always email you to let you know when your bill is ready. Plus, you can download and save copies just in case HMRC need to see them and if you want to, you can print a page or two for your annual accounts.

  • Step 2. Follow the on screen prompts or select one of the options to set up paper-free billing.
