How do I set up an alert so that I'm made aware of calls over a particular value?

  1. If you haven't done so already, sign in to Online billing & payments
  2. Select Set up alerts on the right hand side of the page.
  3. Click on the Add new alert button.
  4. Select the account number and service numbers you want.
  5. Choose what you want to be alerted to - in this case it's long calls.
  6. Select Advanced Options.
  7. In the ‘From' box, enter the amount that you want to set as the alert threshold. Leave the 'To' box blank.
  8. Click 'Next'.
  9. Enter your email address and click 'Next'. If your calls go over the amount in the 'From' box, we'll send you an alert.
