How do I reset a BT Cloud Phone portal password?

  1. Go to the BT Cloud Phone login page
  2. Click on the Forgot your password option
  3. Enter your user details (including the answer to the security question you set up when you first used your service)
  4. We'll automatically send a password reset email to the email address registered against your user extension


Administrators can also change User passwords in the BT Cloud Phone portal:

  1. In the Phone System view, navigate to Users > User Info > User Password
  2. Enter your admin password and then change a user’s password, PIN, or security question
