It's our brand new service, launching in April 2016, and will over time replace the Network Call Performance reports you may be familiar with. We've developed it with you in mind. This 3 minute video will give you a glimpse into the application, and some of the new features now available including:
- Line type (eg: ISDN30e) included with inventory details for service numbers
- New 'out of office' report, so you can analyse usage within the hours of their working day and out of hours - and times can be set to reflect your own organisational work pattern
- Data can be viewed holistically with the ability to then drill down into the detail
- Drill down on DDI ranges
- Simultaneous calls report which will help you size your current channel usage, and help scope our future bandwidth requirements
