Outlook Web Access: Setting up read receipts

If you are accessing your emails via Outlook Web Access, you can still request that you receive a read receipt. Take the following steps:

  1. Log in to your email account
  2. Click + New mail (top left) to open a new email message
  3. With the new message open, click the ... (next to APPS), then select Show message options...
