Upgrading to Business Broadband from ISDN

If you are an ISDN2 user you can upgrade to our broadband service by speaking to your BT Account Manager or contacting our sales team.

You can retain one of the numbers currently provided with your ISDN service (only one number can be retained on a broadband line) which will be registered both for Internet/data and telephone access. If you require to keep/add more telephone numbers, please advise the sales team.

If you order an upgrade of ISDN2e to Broadband after 31st June 2007, you remain liable for up to 20% of outstanding contract term charges where appropriate in addition to the charge for upgrading from ISDN2e to a broadband service.

On the agreed broadband installation date, an engineer will visit your premises to replace your ISDN master socket with a normal phone socket and to install broadband. Full instructions for activation of your Broadband service are provided in the welcome pack, sent by post prior to your appointment with the engineer.
