To manage your BT Business account online, you’ll first need to
register an online account.
To register, all you’ll need are a few details from a bill that’s less than four months old and an email address that isn’t already being used for a BT online account (home or business).
As soon as you’ve set up your online account, you’ll be able to:
- View and analyse all your bills from the past 15 months
- See all the calls you’ve made since your last bill up to last night
- Pay your bills
- Set up Direct Debit
- Set up paper-free billing
- Register to move premises
- Report & track a fault
- Track a recent order
