How can I manage my BT Business phone account online?

To manage your BT Business account online, you’ll first need to register an online account.

To register, all you’ll need are a few details from a bill that’s less than four months old and an email address that isn’t already being used for a BT online account (home or business).

As soon as you’ve set up your online account, you’ll be able to:

  • View and analyse all your bills from the past 15 months
  • See all the calls you’ve made since your last bill up to last night
  • Pay your bills
  • Set up Direct Debit
  • Set up paper-free billing
  • Register to move premises
