Smart Divert Instructions
Smart Divert enables your calls to follow you without you having to return to your own phone. You can divert calls to other numbers anywhere in the UK, most overseas destinations or mobile phones. Calls can also be diverted to 0800 numbers.
With Smart Divert you pay for the diverted part of the call at BTs standard dialling rates. Calls made to the access number (when using the service remotely) are charged at BTs standard dialling rates. For security purposes you are allocated a secure PIN number to prevent unauthorised usage. The minimum term for Smart Divert is 3 months.
To use Smart Divert you need a touch tone phone switched to tone dialling.
Note:
Diversion to the following international destinations is unavailable: Bangladesh, Colombia, India, Kuwait, Lebanon, Nigeria, Pakistan, Saudi Arabia, Sri Lanka, and the West Indies.
