How do I find out which Internet product I am using?

To check which type of product you are currently using:

Log into Your Account.
Click on the Manage services link at the top of the page.
In the Your Account Settings section, click on the Connection settings link.
At the top of the page, there is a section, These are your current Broadband products.
This contains details of your username for logging in to the broadband service, the number that the broadband is provided on and the type of product that you have on the line.

Note: If you have a pop-up blocker installed, please turn it off so that your computer is able to display the window.
