How can I sign up to Your account and create a profile?
If your broadband or Internet service is provided by BT Business, you will have been given an email address in the format @btconnect.com or @btclick.com at the time of ordering. You can use your @btconnect.com or @btclick.com email address and password to access your account online, there is no need to sign up again. If you do not have one of the email address formats above, you can easily sign up to access your account. To access the sign-up page, click the Sign up link on the Your account page on BT.com. If you do not have one of the email address formats above, you can easily sign up to access your account. Enter some basic personal information to set up your online profile Choose a title from the drop-down list and enter your name and main office number in the appropriate fields Enter your email address, this will be the username you use to log into BT.com You also need to create a password that's easy to remember but hard for others to guess Choose and answer one of the security questions in case you do forget your password If you're happy that all your details are correct Click Next On this page you can tell us what type of account you would like to manage online. This information will be added to your profile. If you have a BB/internet service account click on I don’t have the account number link where you can enter you primary username instead On the next screen enter your telephone number
You can also enter your bill id (enter bill id image ) which will give you access to your account within 48hrs but this is not mandatory
Once you have entered the information, Click Next On the next screen, choose a descriptive name for the account Choose your billing method:Paper-free- View and manage all bills online onlyLite- Receive a summary style paper bill by postPaper - Receive a full paper bill by post Click Next to complete your account set up and save the details to your profile This page confirms that you've created an online profile with BT.com If you would like to add another account to your profile click “Add another account” otherwise Click Finish You can now view your account and check progress , Due to security procedures, it will normally take 5 working days before you can view your bill online or 48hrs if you have provided a bill idStage 1: Enter personal information and choose username and password
