Setting up an online account is straightforward but you'll need to have a few bits of information with you before you start:
- BT account number (Where do I find it?)
- Bill reference (this must be from a bill that is less than four months old)
- An email address that is not already registered with BT.com
If you hadn't come to this FAQ, you'd click on the 'My BT Business account' tab at the top of this page then on the 'Register now' button to start setting up your online account.
