Viewing reports with Network Call Performance
Network Call Performance (NCP) data is brought to you via a selection of reports which you can tailor to extract the information needed to improve your call handling. View your reports online either interactively or by downloading them. Both Adobe Acrobat (.pdf) and .CSV (raw data) formats are available. To access your Network Call Performance reports, please go to the BT.com website and log on. For new users, the registration process is simple. You will then be asked to register your Delivery ID and PIN number. These will have been given to the person in your organisation who originally applied for NCP reports. You will only have to do this once. On further visits you will simply need your standard login at BT.com to get immediate access to your reports.
