How do I access my BT bill online?
All you need to do is sign up and then you can access your BT bill and manage your account online. If you've already signed up, log in now.
Note: Online billing is now available to Broadband customers. The sign up is exactly the same as for your telephone account bill. Only one set of username and password details is required. For further information about online billing, please click here.
Can I use the online billing service with an outdated email address?
No, we need an up-to-date email address for you. This is so we can let you know when your bills have been issued and to notify you of any changes to the service.
How does an online bill differ from a paper bill?
Your bill can be displayed in a variety of ways when it is online. For example, you can sort your calls by type, number and name if you are an Address book user. You can also view your call data in graph format, making it easier to understand your calling patterns. What's more, you don't even have to wait until your bill is issued in order to view itemised details of your recent calls.
Why would I choose paper-free billing?
Reduce paper waste with paper-free billing. Over two million customers have already signed up for this service.
How do I substitute numbers for names on my online bill?
Your online bill can display calls by name rather than by number when you use the Address book in Your account. You simply add the names and numbers of the people you call most often and they show up on your bill with the matching call information.
How do I know when my bill is due to be paid?
We send you an email to let you know your most recent BT bill is available to view online. That's why it's important that we have your up-to-date email address.
Where can I view information about when my next bill is due?
Your next bill date can be found in the Your account area - Overview Page in the Payments section.
Where can I find a breakdown of my BT Service charges?
You can view your current BT billing charges in the Your account area - Billing - Bill summary - Service charges.
