How do I reset or change Broadband user passwords?
You need to be a primary user to reset or change broadband user passwords. If you’re not a primary user you’ll need to find out who in your company is and ask them to reset or change your password.
If you’re a primary user, to reset or change a BT Business internet/email password:
- Log in to Your account
- Select Manage services
- Click on Manage Mailboxes under Email
- Select the email address of the user whose details you want to change
- Click Reset password
- Enter a new password in the Password and Confirm new password fields (passwords are case sensitive, must be 8 characters or more in length and contain at least 1 letter and 1 number)
- Select Set password
- To continue using email , the user’s email settings need to be changed to match the new password. Find out how to change a user’s email settings on the operating system you’re using.
