How do I see what calls have been made since my last bill?

We've started to move customers to our new billing website. To make sure you get the right answer to your question, we first need to check which version of the billing website you're on.

Which billing website am I on?

  1. Sign in to Online billing & payments
  2. Take a look at the screen you see after you've signed in
  3. Click on the image below that matches your actual billing screen
  4. We’ll then open a new window and show you the right answer to your question

The reason you need to click on the image that most closely matches your billing screen is that there are differences in the answer you need depending on whether you’re on our old or new billing website.
