Please Note - You can't set up call forwarding on your line if call barring is already active on it. To set up call forwarding, you'll need to turn off call barring, apply call forwarding then reapply call barring.

You can set up Call Forwarding either:

Through the VoIP Portal:

  1. Log into the VoIP Portal
  2. Select Manage my services.
  3. Select the line you'd like to forward calls from.
  4. Select the Call Manager tab.
  5. Select Forwarding.
  6. Choose from the following options. You can have more than one set up at a time:

    • Immediately
    • Busy/No answer
    • Selected calls

  7. Tick the Activate box.
  8. Add the telephone number to forward calls to.
  9. Click Apply.


With your handset:

  1. Press the * key.
  2. Enter one of these codes:

    • 21 to forward all calls.
    • 61 to forward calls after 15 seconds.
    • 67 to forward calls when your phone is engaged.

  3. Press the * key again.
  4. Enter the phone number you want to forward calls to.
  5. Press the # key.

To check Call Forwarding is on:

  1. Press the * key.
  2. Press the # key.
  3. Enter the code you used, when you switched on the call forwarding (21, 61 or 67).
  4. Press the # key.

To switch Call Forwarding off:

  1. Press the # key.
  2. Enter the code you used when you switched on the Call Forwarding (21, 61 or 67).
  3. Press the # key.

When Call Forward is active, you will hear a ‘stuttered’ dial tone when you lift the handset.

Selective Call Forwarding

You can use selective call forwarding to specify a list of telephone numbers to be redirected to another number whenever any of them calls. Or, you can redirect an anonymous number by setting up call forwarding after you have received a call where the caller has withheld their number.

To forward incoming calls from selected numbers;

  1. Dial 14256
  2. Follow the voice instructions, which will give you options to:

    • Switch the service on and off.
    • Add numbers to the list of selected numbers, including the last number to call in.
    • Remove one or more numbers from the list of forwarded numbers.
    • Review the list of currently forwarded numbers.

Remote access to Call Forwarding is not available.
