Why is the administrator email address important?
When you register a domain name through our Domains Centreyou are be asked to provide name, address and contact details. Another item of information that you are asked for is an email address which is to be the main contact address for all important information relating to your domain name and hosting account. This is known as the administrator email address.
BT send all the important information relating to your web hosting account to your administrator email address – including domain name renewal notices. It is important that you use an address which you check regularly.
