Why is my domain name not being renewed automatically?
If BT are having difficulty renewing your domain name, for example, because funds are not available or because your credit/debit card has expired, an email is sent to your administrator email address60 and then 45 days before the renewal date.
If you wish to keep your domain name, please visit the Domains Centreand provide new payment details. If no payment details are provided your domain name will expire.
